A minimally designed residential space using simple solid furniture lines, rustic textures, geometric patterns,tropical wall elements,natural stone and brick walls.
The entrance takes you to the mini living area with an accentuated wall in wood and artistic paintings.This is a common space which directs to a separate formal living area. Sofas in hues of nudes and greys were complimented with colors fabrics and cushions overlaid on them.
Dining area was created in such a way that it faces the courtyard,with a mini partition from the common area.Ample sunlight, view and ventilation were ensured in the space. One of the walls was accentuated in exposed natural masonry with simple and breezy wall elements. One experiences the warmth of textures,wood and cozy vibes making it a feel good space to interact with friends and family.
Traditional wooden ceiling style was recreated here giving it a homely vibe. A foyer from the dining leads to the private space of the home that is the master bedroom. The design was carried on and executed in order to enhance a very functional yet aesthetic experience. Slanting wooden planks were vertically provided with steel rods to support the partition screening towards the dining space from the common area.
